You can always try installing in Compatibility Mode which spoofs the target OS as being an older Windows version when you set the app's version that is last known to be compatible: Just doing a cursory search I find that only Premiere Elements 2022 is compatible with Windows 11, so that could be the problem. ![]() Have you checked the Adobe site for updated installation media or patches required for WIndows 11? It is an expensive product with premium support so I would ask them or their forums about this as they should have others in the same boat.
